Please join BDO USA, LLP and ADP for an interactive discussion on the significant reforms about to take place for organizations with federal grants as a result of the consolidation of OMB Circulars and its final rule – the “Supercircular”.  In addition we will providing an update on the reporting requirements relating to IRS Section 6055 6056. 

Andrea Wilson, Managing Director with BDO's Government Contract Advisory Services Group will address the OMB Uniform Guidance

Bernadette Nance, Vice President with ADP’s Strategic Advisory Services Group will provide insight on the intricacies of complying with employers’ responsibility under the Affordable Care Act, which requires employers with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees to submit informational reporting  to the IRS beginning January 2016 about their employee health care coverage on the IRS’s Form 1094 and 1095c.
