Amber Hughes

Amber is a Tax partner in BDO’s Baltimore office. She has more than18 years of experience serving public and privately held companies with a focus in providing tax compliance and advisory services to complex multinational organizations across a variety of industries. Her experience includes managing multi-entity tax engagements for C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, and REITs with diversified strategic tax planning, tax compliance, M&A due diligence, restructuring, ASC 740 and examination services among others. Amber has a significant client base in hospitality, real estate, and REITs and looks to provide the industry with a holistic view of their total tax liability, not just income taxes.
