Our flex programs are available for everyone, regardless of level. All employees are encouraged to take advantage of the kinds of flexibility that will work for them and for the firm – whether they need an afternoon to attend a child’s soccer game, or a long-term schedule adjustment to meet their clients’ needs.
Day-To-Day Flex – Small choices and changes that allow for temporary schedule adjustments, such as working from home while waiting for the plumber, or going to the gym one day a week during business hours.
Paid Time Off – Short-term absences for vacations, illnesses, or other personal matters.
Leaves Of Absence – Extended periods of time off, often used for world travel, pursuit of higher education, or the birth or adoption of a child.
Formal Flex – Used when there is an official change in how, where, or when an individual works, including non-standard working hours, telecommuting, or taking on a reduced schedule.
