Professional development that makes a difference.

Celebrating diversity, cultivating insight.

BDO supports programs to inspire, develop, and empower our people.

A long-time sponsor of attendance at the National Association for Black Accountants (NABA), the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), and Ascend’s national diversity conferences, BDO encourages the involvement of our professionals in these and other organizations, such as Beta Alpha Psi, for professional development and networking opportunities.

We also sponsor the American Institute for CPA’s “Pipeline Project,” which seeks to increase the number of underrepresented minorities entering the accounting profession, and are proud to serve as an advisory board member at Howard University's Center for Accounting Education.
