An approach rooted in real-world issues.

BDO is committed to supporting our professional women  and driving their success through our women’s inclusion strategy. From first-year associates to executive managers, we help women build relationships and create well-defined career paths through networking events, coaching, and sponsorship opportunities.
We offer women at all professional levels the opportunity to support each other, speak candidly, and share advice about real business issues through professional development activities, lunch-and-learn programs, and social networking events. BDO’s Peer Mentoring Circles provide opportunities for women to engage in open discussion in a group setting and with a free-flow format.
Since 2010, BDO has been ranked as one of Working Mother’s “100 Best Companies.” We have also been named a “Top 50 Company” for executive women as recognized by the National Association of Female Executives, and received the When Work Works award for “Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility.”
