We use Dual-Track Modeling, in which we measure and evaluate both Quantitative (monetary) Factors, such as operating costs and offsetting incentives, and Qualitative Factors, such as infrastructure, access to suppliers and customers, labor quality and supply, etc. This approach is designed to allow our clients to form a comprehensive view of competing location options from a cost-vs.-quality perspective.
