Private Client Wealth Management

BDO Seidman has dedicated a separate business line, Private Client Wealth Management (PCWM), to address the specific needs of high net worth clients. The PCWM business line includes three wholly owned subsidiaries of BDO Seidman that offer various aspects of financial advice. These subsidiaries include:

  • Seidman Private Advisors, LLC (SPA): An investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that provides clients with comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and investment management services.
  • Seidman Private Securities, LLC (SPS): A broker-dealer registered with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and a FINRA member firm, which provides clients with brokerage services.
  • Seidman Insurance Consultants, LLC (SIC): A licensed insurance agency providing insurance consulting services as well as life, disability and long-term care products.
