Frequently Asked Questions
I'm only available for one/two/three of the four days the program is scheduled to run. Can I still come?
Unfortunately, we can only extend invitations to those candidates who will be able to attend all four days of the program. If you are
in summer school, and we extend an invitation for you to attend Pathway to Success, we will work with your professor(s) as much as
possible to excuse any absences due to the event.
How would I get there and where would I stay?
For accepted candidates, round-trip airfare, lodging and meals are arranged and paid for by BDO.
Can I room with someone I know?
Each Pathway student will be assigned a roommate according to gender. In the networking spirit of the Pathway program, students from
different schools are intentionally assigned to room together. The opportunity to meet new people is one of the best perks of being a
Pathway to Success participant!
Will I have any free time?
Daily free time is built into the Pathway to Success schedule to give students a chance to relax or explore the city.
What kind of clothes should I pack?
Business casual attire is required during the daily program. However, you should also bring appropriate casual attire for social events
and other informal activities.
