Positions We Recruit For
Assurance
BDO's Assurance practice is comprehensive both in its client profile and array of services.
Our practice serves public and private companies, not-for-profit and government entities, as well as employee benefit
plans and investment management funds. Our corporate audit clients range in size from development-stage to seasoned,
global, public companies.
Our experience and engagements aren’t limited to standard financial statement audits. We also provide transaction
advisory, consulting, and information systems assurance.
We do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to any of our clients or engagements. Our focus is,
instead, on tailoring a service plan for each client, working hard to bring proactive insight, maintaining a high level
of involvement by our experienced professionals, and being responsive on technical issues.

"During my internship experience with BDO I was treated as a first year associate, with many of
the same responsibilities and expectations. I was given the opportunity to work on a variety of
clients, from public to non-profit, and in all of the different stages of an audit. It was a great
learning experience, and gave me a realistic view of a career in Public Accounting."

"My experience as a first year associate with BDO was very rewarding. I was able to work on a
broad range of clients across a number of different industries. I can tell that the firm places a
strong emphasis on the career development of its staff associates, for that on many instances I was
able to receive direct coaching from managers and even partners. I would not trade my experience at
BDO for anything."
