Interns

Internships exist in many, but not all, BDO Seidman, LLP offices. The structure and timing of these programs can vary throughout the firm.

Interns are considered "professional staff," and as such perform many of the same roles and responsibilities as our first year staff. (Please see the Assurance and Tax Associate job descriptions for details.) You will be exposed to our clients, training, evaluation and mentoring processes.

Our goal is to provide college students with a rewarding and challenging internship through direct experience and training that will be beneficial for both the intern and BDO Seidman. Our hope is that many interns will eventually become full-time associates of the firm upon graduation from college.
