Secondment Program

For professionals who dream about gaining work experience in different countries, BDO Seidman and BDO International Member Firms offer eligible candidates the opportunity to participate in an international secondment program.

The international assignments are arranged between two BDO Member Firms for the temporary transfer of staff, and the program is designed to:

  • Provide participants with the opportunity to develop their professional and personal skills in an international environment
  • Enhance participants' awareness of multinational clients, enabling them to serve clients more effectively upon returning to their originating firms
  • Create the opportunity to share knowledge and skills among BDO Member Firms
  • Improve the quality and consistency of service delivery among BDO Member Firms
