Career Mentoring
Within two weeks of starting with BDO, you will be assigned a Career Advisor. This individual works with you to evaluate and fine tune your goals and provides encouragement and advice.
Our Career Mentoring program requires a minimum of three meetings per year, but encourages more meetings if you so choose.
Career Advancement
BDO strives to promote based on the employee’s ability to do the job of the next level and not based on what positions may be open.
We have a variety of formal resources and programs to ensure that professionals have the opportunity to advance within a positive and supportive environment. Our national training programs and continuing professional education are encouraged and viewed as a priority.
