This course, a follow-up to our 2005 program, Focus on Fraud: Best Practices for Strengthening Corporate Governance, will provide participants with a continuing look at fraud - as it is committed by and against the company. Specifically, the program is designed to address and provide insight from actual investigations related to:

- Lessons learned from fraud committed against the company
- Computer forensics used in fraud investigations
