The presentation will be delivered jointly by experts from BDO's executive compensation practice along with an attorney from Winston & Strawn, LLP in order to provide an overview and discussion of the Institutional Investor Services’ (ISS) new approach to analyzing executive compensation and practical implications for companies in establishing their compensation practices and policies.
